Architectural approval is one of the most important aspects of Eastbluff. Preserving aesthetic Harmony is critical to maintaining the community’s design and enhancing property values. The Association's CC&R’s requires that all exterior improvements be subject to Architectural Review and approval. Homeowners are requested to not begin any such improvements until approval as required is received.
Completed applications, along with plans, appropriate fees and all other required materials should be submitted to the Association’s Architectural Consultant for handling:
