Oasis Senior Center
Meetings are generally scheduled for first Monday each month. Typical start times will be 5:00 pm for Executive committee (when needed), 6:00 pm for ARC meetings (when needed) and 7:00 pm for General meetings. Meeting times may vary depending on number of issues on an agenda.
Meetings falling on holiday will be scheduled for second Monday of the month.
Meetings will be conducted as video/phone conference calls for the Months of July through September 2021. Board will determine at September meeting if it is safe to return to in-person meetings at Oasis Senior Center 801 Narcissus Ave. Corona del Mar starting with the October meeting or continue with video/phone meetings.
The annual members Meeting with election of Directors will be scheduled for second Monday in June.
Annual Budget & Audit
The new fiscal year budget for the association goes into effect July 1 each year and must be mailed to homeowners no later than May 31. The audited financial statement for the fiscal year is typically mailed to all owners 4 to 6 months after the year ends.

2023-24 Annual Calendar
Board Meeting Protocol & Notice
Pursuant to California Civil Code, starting January 1, 2008, Board meeting agendas must be posted along with the notice of meeting in a prominent location in the common area or mailed to each homeowner. With the following exceptions, boards are not allowed to discuss or take action on any item not on that agenda.
Residents may speak on any issue, regardless of whether it was listed on the agenda.
Board members and their agents (including managers) may briefly respond to statements or questions from association members, ask clarifying questions, make brief announcements, or make brief reports on their own activities.
Boards may refer certain informational matters and administrative tasks to its managers, agents and staff--even if these items were not listed on the agenda.
Any subject may be discussed and acted upon if there is an emergency, if immediate action is needed on a matter which arose after the agenda was distributed, or if the item was on a recent agenda and was continued to the current meeting.
The Eastbluff Homeowners Community Association Board of Directors will have the notice of meetings and the agenda posted the community bulletin board in the Eastbluff Park as well as posting those documents on the Home page of the website.
